Over the past four years I have completely fallen in love with running. There really isn’t anything like waking up and going for a run in the refreshing morning air! Unfortunately, I completely neglect stretching, which is a terrible thing for runners to do. Last night I did a yoga DVD…I know it sounds silly…but I loved it! Afterwards I felt relaxed, stretched, and ready for bed. I definitely recommend it! Have a fabulous Friday!!
